All lyrics generated by Songwriting Assistant remain the property of Songwriting Assistant unless you contact us and pay a fee of $99 to retain 100% of the rights to the lyrics. You agree to take full responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from the use of the lyrics.

Limitation of Liability

Songwriting Assistant is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Songwriting Assistant reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, and we will post the most current version on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Songwriting Assistant is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
