The Jim Miller Project is the brainchild of James Miller, a guitarist from Florida. James started playing guitar in 1983 and was in a few different original and cover bands. His main inspirations were Jimi Hendrix and Black Sabbath, from whom he learned to sing, write, and play. He was also from an artistic family, so it was no surprise when he chose to pursue music as a career.

James released his first song, ANT-WAR, in 2020 and since then, he has collaborated with the late

Ronnie James Dio's previous lead guitarist, Craig Goldy, and Tim "Ripper" Owens, the ex-Judas Priest vocalist. He has released two more songs, We Know You're There, and Leave No One Behind, and is currently working on more. He describes his music as Hard Rock/Heavy Metal and his creative process involves writing the drums and drum patterns first and then the guitar riffs. His main inspiration is guitar playing and writing guitar riffs and his message to his fans is to thank them from the bottom of his heart.

James has had a few performances, including a big performance at a rock club in South Florida and a Battle of the Bands in 2011. He loves performing and gets a natural dopamine rush before he goes on stage. When asked about what he enjoys most about being an artist, he replied that he loves creating and playing music. He also believes that it is important to learn, study, and understand old music and music history in order to have a better understanding of how music has evolved over the past century.
